Even if you crash and burn, the experience is worth 10x the cost.
What I can’t figure out is why he (Steve Jobs) is even trying (to be the CEO of Apple)? He knows he can’t win.

You had to expect that this day was coming; Apple, you are fucking up.
Jobs, your people are half assing it. Maybe you are putting too much pressure on them or maybe it is a lack of focus while trying to achieve the big prize of being progressively cool all the time, but none of that shit will matter if your products don’t work properly.
MobileMe has been kind of dick since launch and while neat things like Find My iPhone exist, it doesn’t always work. You stated (note past tense) that Apple products “just work,” but I don’t know if that is the case anymore.
I give you $99 of my money a year so I can sync my calendar, that I live by, with the MobileMe cloud and as of right now I have a full calendar online and jack shit on my iPhone. All of this could be solved with a simple SYNC button in the fucking iCal app.
That’s all, a SYNC BUTTON. Problem solved.
Instead I am left to rely on a hard to find, push/fetch setting that doesn’t fucking “just work.”
Do you want me to get into all of the Snow Leopard issues or this iPhone 4 cock up? I don’t think you do, so if you are only going to produce a handful of native apps and a cloud service, how about having a fucking team handy to support, fix and improve that shit on a schedule that doesn’t revolve around a goddamned PowerPoin - *ahem* Keynote presentation?
