The first Hulk movie sucked, but I still liked it. The Incredible Hulk on the other hand did exactly what a Hulk movie should, it smashed things.
Smashing is what Hulks should do.
As a huge fan of Fight Club, knowing that Edward Norton was going to be in this film, made me pretty confident that this would be an entertaining film. It did not have nearly the lovable appeal of Robert Downey Jrs, Tony Stark but that is supposed to be a lovable character. Hulk is a nerd with rage issues that keeps getting picked on by jocks, i.e. the military.
Note to bullies: Stop fucking with nerds.
If you like the notion of a big ass green dood smashing a lot of things and then fighting another big ass green dood, inadvertently smashing all things nearby, then you will like this film.
Don’t expect anything else.
