One Blind Mouse, One Blind Mouse
OK.
I have been without glasses for about a month now and realize that I can’t see jack shit in dim light.
It’s kinda pathetic, so my options are either corrective surgery or go purchase a pair of legit spectacles. Up until now, I have been rockin’ “reading” glasses that one can find at any local pharmacy.
Yes, I am ghetto like that and too lazy to go to the eye doctor.
My logic is that I can see and when I can’t I go to the eye doctor like, “Yo, doc! Why can’t I see?”
Seriously though, I would like to get a car at some point, and I am adverse to running most people over…
Most people.
It could be worse. You could be like me. Yes, I went to the eye doctor, paid my co-pay, got the prescription and found out the frames I liked were going to be around $200. HA, I said and went to the pharmacy and bought $20 readers which I now complain about all the time cuz the f-er’s don’t work! But hey, I saved $180.
Feel better now?
My glasses cost $350. Each. Why’s that shit so expensive?!
But I’m a photographer, and kinda need to see. Ain’t no such thing as a blind photographer.
