Everyday once and a while, a male must consume meat. As a civilized male, this can come in the form of a turkey burger, so as not to offend the sensibilities and practices of those what worship the mighty cow. Even more civilized, is the advancement of said burger with the addition of cheese and which is not as ironic/barbaric when the makeup of the patty is bird.

Perpetration of such an evolved sammich is simple enough, aside from having to wash the dishes and pans from a hearty breakfast of bacon (which I worship) and eggs.

During today’s late lunch/early dinner preparation, I discovered that not all cheese is made equal and as I am sure my bester, Jennie SMASH! will attest, provolone cheese is not a burger enhancer. In fact, it’s bland super-powers take away a little something from the burger that makes it special.

The only thing more evil on a burger is blue cheese…
